Cleaned homes/businesses don't show up as cleaned

How I discovered: I noticed I was getting 'cleaned' however, my homes/businesses where not showing the 'sparkly stars'. So I deleted the app and downloaded again, and all the 'sparklies' showed up. This happens majority of the time only rarly will the 'sparkly' show up on own. I've actually deleted the program about 10x times. Has also frozed when trying to 'invite' ID's.

All I do is open the multitasking bar and remove City Story from the list then restart City Story. It appears that the app does not properly handle the iOS4 flavor of multitasking; once its state is saved when you leave the app, it does not properly update to the correct new state when you come back. You shouldnt have to re-install the app, just remove it from the multitasking list once in a while.

Same happens for me on iPhone. Sparkles rarely show up so I can't collect. Very frustrating! Please fix!!! I only use the phone--no computer.
