No Horseshoes??

I don't get any horseshoes when collecting from the horse pasture. It's been like this since saturday - 3 days. I have tried restarting the game and even tried to uninstall it from both my devices. I also tried to move the pasture around and put in storage and back out. Nothing helps?? I now have a level 4 pasture but it dosn't help me with the goal :(
