Diamond temple and second roost

Since I do not have these activated currently...and they cannot be stored, can I sell them and buy again later or since I've already purchased them once I will not be able to replace them? Right now I need LAND!!

You can sell the Diamond Temple and buy it at a later date but, unfortunately, we can't sell the 2nd Breeding Den - that's stuck with us.
