Didn't Receive Magnifiers

I purchased 50 Magnifiers for 11,00 coins, received nothing. Occasionally I'll be offered the option of 100 for 20,000; recently I accepted the offer but received nothing. I usually have no problems and play the game nearly daily. This ever happen to y'all? New to forum, hi and thanx for your help!
