Cupcake Mania (Christmas) - No sound effects

On both games i have music but no sound effect.
I tried turning off/on, reinstalled both games, but no sound effects.
is there a solution?

Just found out that the problem occurs on multiple Galaxy S8's
Something to do with the latest version of Android?
