Make a Wish! Event - I cannnot raise my Seeker dragon over level 10

I am playing current Event "Make a Wish" and now I came to Chapter 6 Act 4. I should now raise my Seeker Dragon to level 11. But I cannot raise it over Level 10 because it says on this dragon "Maxed Level" (please see attached picture)

Game Level: 95
Game Version: 2.6.2
iOS Version: 10.3.1

I have force closed the game and restarted the device.

I had the same issue at the last event. I wrote E-mails to the Storm8 Support but they did not at all help me and reacted "Support does not answer gameplay questions or give gameplay hints.", although it is a programm mistake.

I would very appreciate it, if you could help, so that I can continue.36635

You need a Noble Crystal to level Dragons above 10. You can find this building in the Market. :)
