Hi - I recently had the task to reach level 12 in Sugar Swap but this seems to be stuck with 140+ days remaining.

I actually have the game Sugar Swap and I am at level 300+ so this particular task is not rewarding me nor is it going to disappear soon.

This is called Overconfidence in Castle Story where I have the same problem, can this be resolved too?

Please can you fix this?

What region is your store? Your store needs to match your region.

Is there any update on this? I have the same problem on other Storm games where the Sugar Swap will not complete

I get several pop ups a day for this, only to be told it is not available in my country. Irritating!

If you have your google play store region set to country that is not the same as your device, you will have this issue.

Thank you but not sure I understand. Do you mean my Apple ID? I checked and it's set to the right country. I don't have any app called Google play store. Where do I find it? Any suggestions appreciated!

You would use iTunes. Is your iTunes set to the same country as your device?

Thank for the info. Can you tell me where to change my country in the google play store? I can't find that option.

Is this still being looked into? I wasn't really understanding the regional question but anything on my Ipad is set to United Kingdom, that I am aware of.

I also submitted a support request a few weeks ago but did not hear anything back from support.

I am asked several times a day to install Sugar Swap Mania. When I try to do so (just to get rid of it), I am told it is not found or not available in the UK.

EDIT Just fixed it by installing directly from Play Store. Been driving me nuts forever!
