Gift back feature is broken

When can we expect the "gift back" feature to be fixed. Currently it only sends golden knobs and fryer hoses..not the gift you received. That makes a huge difference when you have over 100 neighbors to get to. I've sent this before and haven't heard back. It's been broken since I started playing in November 2016
