★ Frequent Offline Status : CS and DS ★

Been seeing this frequently, for DS and CS. The app will say it's offline. It used to appear frequently for me some years ago, but I had written in to support and this was retrified, possibly through increasing the tolerance for choppy internet networks ★

but now it's happening again .. please increase the tolerance settings like before or more? ★ cos it's frustrating to redo the same repetitive steps in the game only to see the same scene rewinding back again ★ ty

★ this offline message shows up even upon launching the app, despite internet signal is showing up normally ★

Some trouble shooting you might try:

Turn off wifi on your device.
Restart your router &/or cable modem.
Hard restart of your device & turn wifi back on.

I play some of the time on 3G/4G on my iPhone and rarely get this, so it is not necessarily an issue for all. So it might be better to report it to S8 again, through the support link, so they have details about your device etc.
