Issues with going to neighbors

Why is it when you go to visit a neighbor it kicks you out after visiting 2 neighbors. Then I have to go out of the game and do it all over again . I gave way to many neighbors to keep doing this. Please fix this problem it's really annoying.

Please make sure you are playing the most current version of the game. Also make sure your device has the most current software update.

If you play on an older device, close out all other applications running in the background.
