Breanna the Bride is invisible

I finished the cruise. When Breanna shows up to give me her bouquet, however, I can't see her. The only reason I know she's there is because I see the plate of food being served to 'nobody' and I see the tappable icon for collecting the bouquet. The model for the bride herself does not load.

My fiancee also completed the cruise and has the same problem. We're both on android, running on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

Neither of us have an apple device to check if iOS suffers the same problem...
