I have noticed some places have a fireplace, how did they get them? I would love to add one to my bakery and restaurant, but haven't been able to find where!

The fireplace costs 26 gems and is in the design box at the bottom of the screen. It's in the one with the little plant icon on it.

The White Fireplace on Restaurnat story comes out of the Magic Box under the expansion section of the design feature
