If you have the icon but it "fails" to load, please try force closing your game.

If you still have issues, please post which specific videos are failing.

We just released version 2.5.2 of MONOPOLY Bingo today on iOS (it went out last Friday on Android). Please update and let us know if you continue to experience this issue.
