Can't press the buy gold button

Today is a gold sale and I'm trying to buy gold for the habitats on sale. No matter if I press the safe of gold or chest of gold, the usual pop up to complete the purchase will not show. The buttons flicker but nothing happens. I've closed out and reset the app many times. Still not working.

Ahh thanks! My in-app purchases was enabled and it wasn't working still so I disabled restrictions completely. Now it works!
