View Full Version : New babies dont stay in the baby book

I keep winning new babies by completing extra challenges (i.e. clear all waffle stacks in this level) and even though the "new baby buddy" was added to my baby book it is gone when I leave the game and later start it again. Then the lock in the baby book is gone and it says instead "find and feed this Hungry Baby in xxxx (level name) ". Even if I replay all levels and "find" and add the baby again it is gone when I leave and restart the game. This now happened at all levels and I am connected to wifi all the time but never get these babies to stay. Any solutions for this available?

Sorry to hear that you're having issues. Can you check your wifi connection if it's good because it seems like your game progress is not properly saved? Try with an alternative network if you are able to.

The wifi connection is excellent, this can't be the issue. Besides all other game success like completed levels is saved properly. It is only these "special task" animals which don't stick. And as I said, the special task and lock related to it disappears as well in the baby book and is changed into the general "find and feed message". Any other suggestions? I love the game but like this it is pointless to continue collecting....

Can you help to post pictures? Alternatively, you can contact Support: support form (http://support.storm8.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) for an agent to check your game.
