Game not loading.

All of a sudden for last several days my games both DS and FFS won't load. The majority of my islands are empty. No farms. No animals. What is causing this??

If on iOS, please go to setting-safari-delete data, then restart your device.

If on android go to
Settings -Application manager -game - and hit the Clear data button to see if this helps .

Also make sure you are playing most current version of the game.
