I have a bunch of numbers next to the trophy on the front page.
When I have accessed them in the past it shows a dollar amount but I have no idea how to convert this to actual coins or credits to play with. Can anyone help.

I am not sure how to do a screen shot on my iPad. I can tell you that when you go to the slot game where you can pick which game you want to play, it's at the bottom. The first block has your name the second is the trophy and the third is the play button. It's the trophy button that I am asking about. And I do thank you for responding.

Thank you. I have the slot 777 from storm 8. When I open the game, the initial page has the different slot games that you can play. That is the page I am talking about. Right next to the PLAY button, directly to the left of the play button is the trophy. The play button is to pick out the slot game you want to play. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all your help.

I did check this game and I do not have numbers by the trophy. I am trying to get some info for you.

I have a 25 next to mine and it will increase based on game play. When I have opened them in the past it shows a $10 or $50 depending on the amount of game play. I just don't know how to use the credits attached to these numbers in order to purchase more coins for continued play.

1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top or side of your device.
2. Immediately press and release the Home button.

I am here trying to get this all figured out while I am recovering from surgery on my shoulder. I have 8 more weeks before I start therapy. I just want this figured out before then. I apologize for all the questions.

Hi Kuenze,

I believe you're referring to the Leaderboard feature. The scoring is pretty straightforward. We take the amount of coins you've spent and rank that value against other players. There are two leaderboards: daily and weekly, and the rewards are independent for each. When you have a reward waiting for you after that leaderboard period ends, a badge with a number will appear next to the trophy icon, which looks like this:

Tapping the icon when you have rewards available will present you with your rank and an amount of coins to claim. Just tap Claim on this screen:

You'll see one of these screens for each leaderboard. Once you tap Claim, the coins are automatically deposited into your total.

Then what happens to your total? Does it convert to coins for future use?

I cleared up 25 from my trophy and three were worth $50 and are worth $10. Now I have claimed these, but I am still not sure what happens to the credits.

Tapping Claim adds the coins to your total at the top of the screen. So if you had $20,000 and then Claimed a $50 prize, you would have $20,050.

I did not see a change in the coins. Does this update over night?

Nope! It should be instant, just like all the other Claim/Collect buttons (Daily login, 4-hour timer, etc.).

Are you referring to our sale events? They should be consistent for everyone. If we take last weekend's sale, for example, that featured 20% off the $20 package, 20% off the $50 package, and 40% off the $100 package.

But on the other sales I noticed that one person will get sales when others don't get the 24 hour sales. And those sales are not equal to when I get a coin sale.

Yesterday two other people experienced the same game play issue that I have. The game changed our bet from $5 to $2,000 costing $60,000 in one spin. That is three out of the four of us that play Slots 777. The other two are so angry they are not sure they will play again. My question is how can we get our money back and restore our faith in the game?
