Level 543 goal does not work

I am stuck with the goal in level 543. It says pop all plus bubble. But i did a couple of time pop all plus bubble in
this game. But i dont get the 2 keys. I bougt a itunes card to beat the level with money. I bougt a blower blocker to get the game easier and then i also hit all the plus bubbles, but i dont get the keys by completing the level. Storm 8 or someone else please help me. I spend a lot of money in this level but its a bug in it because whatever i do (i think i finnished the level 10 times now popping all plus bubbles) i dont get the keys.
I play the game on my iphone 7 and i already try'd to deleted and download the game again but that doesnt helped.

See pictures. There are 12 plus bubbles in the game. You can see that i popped them all because you see + 36
But i dont get the 2 keys

I don't know what is wrong with the game but now i try level 564 eliminating all spiders. I did finished it a couple of times, but also in this level i didn't get 3 keys. The other goals for 564 i get but 543 and 564 is a bug in it. I have got another email that my question with this text in it:

Hey Patricia,

Thanks for posting about both of these issues. We looked into them and there were indeed problems with both Goals. We solved the issues and both of them can be completed now. Also, the Goal that requires Plus Bubbles to be popped means exactly that. Dropping them will not complete the Goal.
