Scratch Off Game doesn't give me my prizes

Every time I play the scratch off game and win diamonds or magnifying glasses the prizes do not show up. I've never gotten any so is this a bug? If so is there a fix or am I doing something wrong? I've been playing since 2015 so I can't say how many I've never received. Is there a way for me to get some of them?
