Rooms wont open

I just started a new room, but it wont open i get a message saying "oh darn, downloading please wait" but nothing ever happens. Its the same with my tournament rooms. :confused:

Please try reinstalling the app and see if the rooms download. Give it a few minutes to download and make sure you're connected to stable internet connection. If you still experience issues downloading your rooms, please fill out THIS FORM (https://support.storm8.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and submit a ticket to support.
