How do you evolve a dragon to epic level?

Evolve it to level 10. Level 1-3 = baby, 4-6 = juvenile, 7-9 = adult, 10-15 = epic.

Not sure if this is what you are asking, but you need to buy the Noble Crystal in order to raise dragons to level 15.
