Gifting to neighbours

I'm having an issue with my gifting to neighbours.

I gifted 3 neighbours yesterday. No, problem, however this morning those three are showing as accepting the gift but I haven't gifted back.

The reason I know there is a problem is because I have a back log of gifting, I only accept a gift at the same time I'm gifting them back. And I can see those 3 are down as not having gifted back. But gift has been accepted. Any ideas?

Addition: it also states after the gifting that the gift has been sent.

There is a known issue about gifting which is not yet resolved. I'll add your post to that report.

I've had another poster recently query gifting during an event, so perhaps it's the same issue.

If you get the message that the gift didn't go through however your news feed gifts disappear, then it did go through. I'll ask for this thread to be reviewed. thanks... sorry for the delay!

Thanks, unfortunately because we only have 1 day without an event these days it's difficult to say if this is what is going on in my game. But I'll try to bear in mind in 12 days time.
