I have an update on this: on Friday I released The Boudoir in CLUE (pathfinding room, requires level 50) and the week prior I released Gold Card Club in MONOPOLY (classic room, requires level 171).

I have completed the Clock Tower in Clue and am at level 135. Any idea when a new regular room will open? Thank you in advance!
