watch video for free extra dice.

I have tried and I have tried to get that short video to work for 5extra free dice to play clue bingo............it will not load up. I have been trying it all day and to no avail it still dose not work. How can I get it to play or how long till you all get that fixed?

I am having the same problem!! Every once in a while they will play, but I never get the free dice!
