Arctic habitats

Is anyone else having trouble purchasing arctic habitats?
I have 2 alcoves and 3 auras. Now I am trying to buy my 2nd blustering blizzard and it says I have reached my limit for all 3. That makes no sense as there are 6 blizzard dragons.

They have a stupid limit of 6 habitats; two of each habitat holding one of each 6 dragons of each of the three types. Always had this limit. You can eventually only have one of each dragon on the arctic isles. It's a pretty silly limit, but seeing as they've abandoned the arctic isles, I don't see them changing it anytime soon.
