Trying to get account back

I got a new phone and I've been trying to get my account transferred over with no luck. I sent in a ticket 12 days ago with no answer. Is it impossible now?

If you know your storm ID password, you can transfer your game yourself by following the steps shown in post 1 of the following thread.
