Catalog Orders Disappearing

This has been happening for a couple of weeks. I will order items from the catalog(a random assortment), only to come back later and see everything disappeared, as if I never ordered anything.

I am on an Android device using Marshmallow version 6.0.1. My Fashion Story version is Cozy Couture. My game ID is awesomejujubeans.
