Eggs disappeared

Had two water eggs in nests last night that were gonna be ready this morning.just gone in the dragons and there was nothing in the nests.i've lost 24 horseshoes so what can i do? Last time i had a problem it took over 3 weeks for support to email me so waste of time doing that
