Can't collect Royal Points, Pls help!

I have three Royal Buildings, and yesterday they were giving out Royal Points and I could see the increase of the point. Today I kept collecting from the buildings, coins add up fine, but the Royal Points number is not changing!! I tried quite a few times, and even let my iPad run out of battery, still no change!

Please help, I really want to open up the land with the Tablet. Thanks and have a good weekend.

Royal Point buildings will only add to your Royal Point total when they are first added to your Kingdom. Collecting from them won't give you more Royal Points. If you store them, you will see your Royal Point total decrease.

Thank you for the answer, this means I have to build more royal building to get more points. Mmmm, no wonder some kingdom have rows of towers.....
