you have to complete one part of the goal for it to unlock, it does say so on that part of the goal

'complete Carvival Paint' to unlock

We are hours away from Mardi Gras. It's tomorrow.

The goal stuff should be St. Patrick's Day now.

They are always WAY TOO LATE with this stuff.

Nice to see a new goal. Wish I'd known, I'd have saved my gifts. The stuff looks great, too. It really does. It's too bad that the holiday will come and go before I can finish the goal. So mixed feelings here. 👿💚👿
