What is this value pack?

Is going on with dragonstory doesnt matter which one i download it shuts down with the message dragon story is haveing problem with google this is getting old real fast. And to topit all off i bought the value pack and have no idea what the egg x2 mean i thought it was two eggs but i cant find them. I realky wish they would explaon these and would fix all these tech issues. Its really ticking me off i cant play for long before it shuts down.

Egg 2x is a boost allows you to speed up hatching eggs. 2X is two times faster and 5X is 5 times faster
