How Does One Get The 10x Evolution Boosts?

So, as far as I can tell, the only way to get any boosts is by winning them through the Bingo league. However, non of the prizes listed in any of the Bingo league levels has the 10x evolution boost award - I only see the 5x evolution boost x 3 listed in the bronze and stone levels and the 2x evolution boost x 3 in the timber level.

How does one get the 10x evolution boosts?

Third prize in gold league includes 1x 10x evolution boost. Not sure if there's any in prizes for Silver league but i can tell you tomorrow :D am dropping down. Personally, it's not a very useful boost for me. I guess it's will help with LB and World Events but that means wasting more apples on dragons I evo just for the points.
