Mission box has gone

I guess that there is a problem with he installation since my mission box has gone. I reinstall the game but the problem stills. Any clue????

I didn't even get one this time. I'm guessing it's like the Valentine's version, for some reason only some people get it. Who knows?

I updated Farm, city and rest and did not get any of the task icons on any game.
