View Full Version : All S8 Data on phone reset. Can't resync account.

So I got onto Dragon Story one day to see it was asking me to do the tutorial. After I did this I logged into my account to try to sync it back and when I did it was showing all my games as level 1. I could hit sync and it would just say it synced it but if i reload the game it would show me as guest again. It did this one two phones.

It lets me on with one of my devices and that is it.

I tried changing the password on the device I can actually get into the game on and now the password doesn't work anywhere, even the site (hence this account).

Can someone please help me?

Picture is what it shows when I try to sync. Second one shows my level on my device I can actually log in with. I'm level 103.

How long does it take for them to reply? I sent in a ticket before making this thread and I don't want to sound impatient but this issue is making it hard to do the leader board event...

Support usually takes 5-7 business days to revert.

I sent in the ticket a week ago and still nothing.. not even any sort of email =/

it is currently the 6th business day. if i don't hear anything by wednesday I will send it to you.

just strange i have not gotten any confirmation or communication about the ticket, not even an automated email saying it was received. I have sent in two prior tickets, both much less sever, and didn't get any responses on them either..maybe i am sending in tickets wrong
