No video watching icon

I have lost the video watching icon for about one month. I already contacted Storm8 by filling out forms, and they replied me I am not available to get that service.
I have some friends who are still playing dragon story. They have two more times to watch ads and get chances to win a spin or get more fruits. It's really unfair, and now I fell disappointed.

Thanks for your reply. How s8 classify the group that can have video feature? I didn't get any post about the video feature at game or on the website.

Features like this go out randomly there is no set group that gets them. Hopefully you will get this feature again.
