Could someone explain me why in the last few days I can't play ?
The game shut down every time I try to launch it.

Please try clearing your cache and then restart your game to see if this helps.

Done.
It's still not working.

I tried with ISLE OF LOVE extension, after few hours it's not working again,

UPDATE: Now HOLIDAYs extention is not working too.
I cleared the cache, but nothing is change.
What is the reason?
And what is the solution?

This morning it worked.
Now it's not working again, I tried what you suggest me without success.

they solved because "Support does not answer gameplay questions or give gameplay hints. Please visit the Community Forums to ask questions and get help from the community."

And I still have the same problems.

I have been having this problem of the game suddenly shutting down ever since I upgraded this iPad to iOS version 10.2.1. Before that I had no problem.
I have another Dragon Story game on a new iPad which obviously had iOS 10 on it when I bought it and the game has been playing up on that one in the same way since the beginning. Both iPads have plenty of storage space, 31GB and 44 GB respectively.
Comments appreciated.
