Statue Purchase

I just selected this item and I am unable to rotate it. Anyone?

I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing the statue and finding out after I bought it that I can't rotate it like some of the other items you can buy... like the bubblegum dispenser. I only bought he statue to complete one of the Valentine tasks too so I don't mind so much losing the coins
