Can't spin to win

I've tried and tried to spin to win and it will not spin. The same thing happened the last time. I love to win new dragons like everyone else but can't because it's not working. I've been on that thing for 10 freaking minutes and still nothing. Please fix it. I've been having nothing but trouble on this game and it's my favorite, so please fix I'm really tired of

Hello I'm having the same issue as darlene2256 I've tried everything I can think of but it still isn't working very frustrated , plus missing out on the gifts , flutterbye222 please help

Please try deleting and reinstalling the game. You can also try turning your wifi off then back on. Also close out any applications running in the background.
