Hi
My mum has had to buy a new iPad and can't remember her password for her storm ID. I contacted support and they suggested creating a new ID to transfer her old account to. They said it has been moved over but when I log in to the temp ID it says "welcome (old ID name ) but it still shows the temp cafe ( just a few counters) What is exactly supposed to happen? Surely a password reset for her old account is far easier??

Try logging into the game center.


To log back into Game Center, please follow these instructions on your device:

1. Device Settings (little silver cog icon on your device)
2. scroll all the way down to Game Center
3. tap Game Center and login where it says Apple ID.
4. Restart Restaurant Story.





If this does not work, try restarting the new device to see if the game has been moved over.
If not, please respond back to your last email from support and let them know.
