When you click on the High Roller Club button, does it say "Downloading" for awhile? You may need to wait for all the room assets to download, and when that is done, clicking on the High Roller Club button will let you in.

1 year if high rollers club gives you money :p
1 year and 6 months if high rollers club kind of gives you money [kind of does it all the time] :D
