Even if it produces 1,500 apples per day, it's 45,000 per month. Note that it needs 130,000 apples to raise a Schedule E animal (some Super Rare and all Ultra Rare) from Level 1 to Level 15. It take 3 months for this bunny to do it. For advanced players who constantly plant cherries and nuts, they can easily produce over 20,000 apples a day. I won't spend 500 gems to buy this bunny.

Am I understanding this correctly? Harvest hollow is on sale for 375,000 and holds 1 Apple animal, which would be Bountiful Bunny that can't be bred but is on sale for 500 gems and only gives 8 food/hour? I think I'd have preferred a fruit tree that gives food instead an animal that lives in a habitat taking up precious room for that little amt of food! Or maybe I'm not seeing this correctly?

I agree. I wish I had done some research before buying the habitat. Didn't realize I would not have an animal to put in it due to the fact that I don't spend real money on games and I will never have the required gems to buy it. If I had not bought the habitat I would be expanding right now. :(

i agreed. i'm wondering if i want to spend so many gems and food for it :D
they did same with DS : a dragon that gives apples. but regarding the food to raise it , i stopped feeding it over level 4 ! not worth
and i bought it because i had lot of golds/gems producing dragons that give me 60 golds/gems per day.
500 gems is really too expensive here !

besides the habitat hold only 300 apples (better than DS though, only 200 apples) so if you can't collect every 5h , you won't get those 1500 apples per day !

I bought the Bunny and the habitat. At 64 apples per hour we can collect up to 46,080 apples per month! So it will take approximately 3 months to earn the same amount as spending 500 gems on food, something I do regularly as I use small farms. This update seems to favor those players who purchase food with gems. My only complaint: if the habitat only holds one animal it should be 3x3 and not 4x4. I'm running out of space for large habitats! Perhaps more harvest animals will be released in the future, otherwise the Bunny will be very lonely. Please give us more islands soon!

Also I'm glad to see players responding well to my suggestion about a food giving tree :) please storm8 consider our responses!

Edit: I have decided to feed the Bunny right away to get a head start on collecting apples! Here's the Bunny, who I'm going to call Mr. Carrots 😊, at level 15. Great job hellapanda/Storm8 team!

The bunny looks great and i won't miss it. That is the reason i purchased it now - for 500 gems. I purchased the habitat and was surprised that the needed space for it is 4x4. But i really hope that it will be possible to get more (3?) food producing animals in it in the future. Otherwise i will have to purchase it if my free space will become limited.

You're correct. It might be useful for entry-level players, not for advanced players. As you said, we can plant cherries on 6 farms and in one hour we get more apples (1,800).

I guess tho, soon you will have the cherries and the bunny giving food. Take a while to get there, but once you do, it will come across as extra food. That's the way I'm looking at it! I'm already loving collecting little amounts from it. Obviously, not yet enough to do actual feeding but it's a start!

Yes it is inefficient but hopefully we will get more harvest animals in the future, judging by the habitat size. This update is targeted towards players who use the Small Farms and purchase apples with gems! Also those who think the Bunny is adorable 😍

The Habitat should already be back in the Market, but it will be in the Habitat tab, not the Featured tab.

I now have a request: please raise the amount the habitat can hold! I'm losing out on apples during work and sleep. The habitat must be collected from every 4 hours to prevent losing apples, and 300 apples is hardly anything! I can collect that from my farms in just a few minutes, and at the rate of apples we are given minus the start up cost, at best it will take 3 months to break even and 6 months for an investment return, as in 500 gems worth of apples given every 3 months. I still see the long term investment reward, I just think the habitat should be able to accumulate up to the daily limit of 1,500 apples per day.

that's why i said the bunny wasn't worth 500 gems ;)
in DS , the food habitat hold only 200 apples, so i kept the dragon at level 4 because i can not collect the food often enough

It's on the original land before dragons, if you're using "true love" it's not there :) (or not for a few of us anyway)

I love my bunny! I click on him every time I go in the game rather than waiting for the food to max out. He's just too cute! I left him at level 7 so he makes 45 apples an hour, meaning I have about 6.5 hrs before the habitat maxes out. Easy to collect and not miss anything. Plus it isn't supposed to replace farms, just to be an extra food source. And...bunny!!
