Downloading bug

When it is almost done downloading, it will installing but it restate over and it still say installing. I can't dele it and I can't open it! The app stuck on my ipot for about 1day. First I think it is Internet connection problem but I download other apps and it works. Please help!:mad:

Try turning your device off and on then syncing before trying to download again.
