Valentine's puppy

Can anyone tell me where the valentines puppy is from - was it a goal? (or which version of FS it is on, as I'm on android). I thought I had it in my inventory but can't find it:confused:

I'm on iOS and it's just a normal decoration under floor decor tab near the beginning

I've got the valentine's pup, it wasn't from a goal but I can't remember in what version it was introduced. I too am on android & have included a screen cap in case it helps ;)
