Jellybean tournaments are crashing. It doesn't appear to only be me, because another players that joined my tournament has no score and it's showing 2 attempts. Can anyone confirm if this is global?
I am definitely going to open a ticket as well, right now.

I am sorry this happened. For loss of gems, please contact Support: support form (http://support.storm8.com/hc/en-us/requests/new). Can you restart your device, clear cache and see if your game is working?

I did open a ticket. The game was fine all morning after restarting, and it just happened again. Do you know if support is looking into this?

Support takes 5-7 business days to revert. They should be getting to you soon. :)

I lost 10 gems on June 2 at 8:10pm during a jellybean tournamnt that didn't have a game attached. Please reimburse.
