New phone, lost account

I just upgraded from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone 7 and lost my account status completely (I was on level 50ish and had well over 100 dice!!!) Even after updating the app, deleting it and redownoading it, logging back in through my FB account and making sure my Game Center is enabled, I've lost everything :(
Any other ideas?

Please use a game under post 1 (except restaurant story) to transfer your games to your new device.

You will have to restart your game to see the transfer.
