New game?

Does anyone know how to start the game over? I'm using a second hand phone that the previous owner played on. I did a hard reset but their game data is still on here and I want to play my own game not start at high levels.

You can contact support and let them know that you have purchased a second hand phone, and need the current storm ID removed.
