Where do I find Neva?

I'm on the quest - A Warm Welcome to the Ice Queen Pt. II. I cannot find Neva to collect from her 4 times. I press on the go button and it does not do anything. What am I doing wrong?

Neva should be in your inventory once you have completed chapter 10, so look for her there and place her in your kingdom.

I completed the quest last night but she isn't in my inventory. I forced closed the game several times and made sure all inventory was showing. But she never made it to my kingdom so I can't complete part 2 of the warm welcome to the queen goal.

is your castle still at level 10? (just checking you didn't get a sync error which forced you backwards)

Before I report it, can you go back through your inventory again and just triple check. You may need to go back lots of pages.... I always check inventory in edit mode. Please let me know how you get on and then I'll ask S8 to check it for you. You didn't gem skip the last bit by any chance??

Neva is not hiding in any of my 110 inventory pages, I quadruple checked :D

I did not gem skip any part of the assignment.

I still have the Kingdom goal: A Warm Welcome to the Ice Queen Pt. II, consisting of 3 tasks:
* Find the Snowy Workshop in your Storage (check)
* Collect from Neva 0/4 (Go)
* Build a Snowman (Check)

As I was placing the Ice Queen in my Kingdom, the game froze (hah), and she was lost. I suspect she's hiding in an ice castle of solitude far away. Please help me bring her home!

Can you let me know when you upgraded your Ice Castle to level 10? It looks like you may have never received Neva, do you remember actually placing Neva in your Kingdom at one point?

Hi Pika!

I upgraded the castle to lvl 10 before bedtime Norway, the timer still had about 9 hours to go.
I received Neva,and I was placing her in my Kingdom when she just dissapeared. My Ice Castle remained at lvl 10, so there was no trigger to redo any actions. I continued on the assignment "A warm welcome to the ice queen pt II" that is after receiving Neva. I completed task 1+3, but task 2 "collect from Neva" 0/4, was of course impossible as I could not find her.

The goal is still in my Goals list, if you try accessing my account. And I put out the lvl 10 castle out on the board too.

As you already have the level 10 Ice Castle, you should have Neva. I've credited Neva to your account, you should see her in your Inventory. :)
