No no not already back this breeding task and then feed Firefox. It's hard enough to collect enough apples. Now again additional apples for Firefox and then breed with Skyger, I have no Skyger to breed. Uff I hope that if I now still Skyger back does not get problems with the game again. What am I doing now, collecting gems to skip the breed task with Skyger. Oh, it's stupid again, so great animals and the tasks again so hard. :(

I'm not complaining, but talking about the worst timing ever. I was trying for either a Chilly Goat or a Grumpy Gorilla by breed Quetzalcoatl and Beast and got a 42 hour. At least I got the breed 2 animals task completed for Aquarius.

Hello yes, but I have the problem to have so many animals. I want to get them all on Epic. Now is storybook where we need many apples, then who knows what is still to breed and feed is at Aquarius. So the music trio I have, finger crossed. But it's just a leaderboard in Dragon Story when I started it on Tuesday. So now collect apples for the coming leaderboard, almost impossible.

Ive yet to get the crystal pony. Its hard to with so many limited animals literally constantly being offered and most I try to go for because they're so cute! There has only been a few I didnt bother trying for, but even so the cu seems pretty tough to get. Sometimes i wish theyd give us a week or two with nothing special going on to work on breeding basic stuff and stocking food tbh!!

You can take an animal all the way to 15 and the game will recognise that without penalty. However, you can NOT do planting before you are told to. You can sometimes get an advantage by not harvesting finished farms until another step is complete. Those kind enough to tell us the steps to come allow us to plan things like that. Hope this helps.

The symbol on the "French" bulldog is a Fleur de lis which represents France, it appears on his hind quarters and if you look closely you'll see the symbol coming down around his neck.. It's also the colors of the French flag, blue/white/red :)

Oh no again so many animals to breed, Firefox, Plantlers and then so and so much times feed. Hello Storm8 Developed Team why each time the breeding tasks and then so much apples for Firefox, Plantlers use. Since I already place problem have and now additionally these from the game fly, I sell these animals immediately again. But I would rather feed with these apples my animals, which I will keep in the forest. Please do not breeding task, at the next storybook and feed these animals more.

Curious. Is it even possible to finish a Storybook without using gems to skip the waiting periods? It seems like with the crazy long 2- 3 day waiting periods (and I'm only on Chapter 7) it would be completely impossible.

I've never used gems to skip and have completed most storybooks. Theres ten chapters over ten days, one chapter per day. Each chapter starts the same time each day. Skipping just means you get the next days chapter early.

I usually plan ahead, for example if we need to hatch an animal I'll start breeding it a day or two before. That way i can quickly complete each day then just wait for the next day.

GreytMom, are you using gems to unlock new chapters early instead of waiting? If you "pay" to unlock a chapter the next chapter does not start any earlier. For example, you've finished chapter one, & pay to unlock chapter two early, instead of waiting 22 hours. Chapter three will not open any sooner. You will have to wait the same amount of time you would if you hadn't skipped ahead. You shouldn't have to wait more than a day for a new chapter to unlock.

Yes you need to make a choice what you want. Sometimes you need to skip a event or a quest. It's almost impossible to get it all. Or you need to get lucky breeding, you can decide to spent gems for it if you want it all. That's how this game works. They want you to spent gems for it, a lot. So you need to buy new ones, if you want it all. Good luck decidin what you want XD.

Act 1 Collect 9 passports from Hatching
Act 2 Collect 20 suitcases from Harvesting
Act 3 auto completed , so probably raise Moroccan Gazelle to ??? mine is already at 10)


Wish I'd known Day 4 in advance , I started one or two days late, so plead with anyone that knows Day 5 onwards, please help!

This is ridiculous. How are we supposed to do all the breedings for this challenge plus breed a Chilly Goat for the Aquarius plus breed for the 3 music animals all at the same time? Are we supposed to pick and choose and not try for all of the animals? A second breeding den would be really helpful. I'm getting quite frustrated with this game.

This is a tough week no doubt! The addition of red panda has further complicated my breeding for the music trio as I'm still missing Tubacan. Ive never seen a week so busy!

The storybook seems to be going ok so far. I waited for the auto so tomorrow i need to hatch firefox which i have ready to put on the nest in the morning. A quick breed for the trio and then I'll start trying for plantlers as last time i needed one i couldnt breed it!

@poofyena The red panda came out right after I made my post. Yep, a very busy week! I definitely have to prioritize. I might just use gems to skip breeding and feeding a Chilly Goat, but the fact is that I really *want* a Chilly Goat, so would love to breed one.

LOL Just got my second hedgehog fail trying for a plantler in preparation for day 7 of the storybook. I swear they change up the algorithm during storybooks for rare vs common animals

Update: Just got a 3rd 14 hour timer, don't tell me the reason I might not finish this storybook in time is because I can't breed a plantler :/

I'm very sorry for your bad luck. I don't think I have a hedgehog. I've been playing almost since the game first came out. But, I'm not great at remembering every animal I have. Is the hedgehog rare, super rare, etc.? I hope you've got your plantler by now. Good luck! :)

Oops... :o. I just checked and I do have a hedgehog. I've leveled it up to 12, but otherwise haven't done anything with it. *embarrassed*

I totally agree with you. Plus we have the Patient Panda and Red Panda. Too many things going on at once. Lately we seem to have a lot of events overlapping. I appreciate S8 trying to keep the game interesting, but I feel they've gone too far. I would enjoy the game more if it didn't keep me so busy.

No there is more breeding. At least they are asking for more "common" breeds like fire fox, plantler and Ranguin. That being said, I agree that it seems the algorithms get a "tweak". I breed super rares with supper rares to achieve a cursed rose and get endless fire foxes. I breed 2 single element commons to get a common fir fox and het 14 hr super rares......& I finally achieved a plantler after the same thing. It's crazy. I guess we should be thankful there is no electric element as they have the longest fails. It'll be close as these storybooks get closer and closer to the wire to achieve. So I hear you. I know this has been answered many times but I can never keep it straight. When you have to hatch an animal does it count when it hatches? Or does it only count when you move from breeding to hatching?

If I read & understand correctly, the suitcases from harvesting are one per hour, right? I gem-skipped to Chapter 10 and, boy, does it seem like it's taking a long time for them to accumulate.

If the 1/hour is correct, we need to be sure to plan and harvest big crops accordingly in order to finish in time.

Both events trigger it. Putting a rainguin egg on a nest and hatching a rainguin egg on the nest. In your case, leave the egg on the nest until you get that goal coming up.

I've managed to finish Aquarius in last 45 mins
and now the egg directly went in the nest
I was hoping to hatch Aquarius later as I was breeding for Lullabison
and the breeding finished at the same time in that last 45 mins
and now I have to wait for 16 hrs and then 12 hrs and then also have to breed planter
it became very hard

I am level 140. I usually am able to finish the Storybooks, but it is getting harder to do, especially with so many things to do. I am never able to breed the special single breedable ones, and am never able to win the 18 round tournaments ( I have spent the whole day on round one getting only strongs each time with
ultra rares and super rares level 15). Does that even make sense?

So, while trying to breed a Firefox on my sons account he's hatched a hot dog, a Cosmic Phoenix, and now a Cursed Rose. I myself tried multiple times for the last two only to receive a Firefox. I'm not sure whether to feel sorry or happy for him.

This game is very frustrating! You come out with these challenges that you basically have to use gems on to achieve😡When you say to breed Tubacan with the lullabison you will get the mellodeer you should get that the first time you breed. I've bred those 2 at least 3 times & still no deer. I understand when you say breed earth with fire & so on you get what you get but when you specifically say breed 2 to achieve a certain you should get it.
The cup challenges are also unattainable with out using gems or being on your devise 24/7.
The animals you can purchase with gems set way to high!!
Well my rant is complete!! Sorry but I had to vent. I like the game but it frustrates me

Is it because I sold it? I find putting an animal from den to nest or from nest to habitat both counting for hatching confusing. So what is breeding. Putting 2 animals in the den & getting time more than 9 hrs or moving 9 plus hrs egg from den to nest? As my rainguin won't cut it as it's 5 hrs. If it does count for 5 will the 18 gems come down? If I have to move the rainguin through scared I won't breed another, as you just never know when you want a common you just don't get it. Any thoughts anyone?

Hello! For example, you need to breeding Skyger / Rock Rhino, now you have Racmoon 9 hours. So when the 9 hours are ready and you put the egg on the nest, you get the points now :D

Breeding means exactly that: you have to breed 2 animals. The time spent on the nest is called hatching or incubating.

Thanks Laura and congrats to you as well. I agree, to much going on week in week out, I'm not complaining about it but it does make it hard to hatch animals in storage. I brought a second nest with the gems I've hoarded just for this reason but it hasn't made much of a difference.

I unfortunately sent a 21hr animal in to evolve and now I won't have time to evolve the bulldog to level 11 before time runs out. And I only have one gem left, so I can't speed up evolution either. Is there any way to cancel the current evolution???

Hello! I am sorry, the development can only be accelerated with gems. There is no other way, unless you buy gems. This is really bad, unless you buy it when it goes the 2 development flowers :D
