View Full Version : Fixed Crashing and now lost lives

Every time I start the game, everything goes ok until I want to play a level, it looks like it's loading and just crashes, losing the life.

Have shut down the iPad totally, got no other apps open, still crashing. Any ideas on how to fix?

Me too, same thing. I wrote to Storm 8 and they're looking into it. No result yet but I asked for energy and gems back, as it is doing the same thing on the tournaments. BigDogMomma

Yep, ive had the same problem all afternoon. The latest version 1.8.4 was supposed to fix bugs not create them lol. Ive sent them an email too.

Same here on my iPhone. Lost all 5 of my lives. Do we just keep on wasting lives testing it until it works again?

It would appear that this is not happening to every user as the league table is constantly changing?!
I hope i dont lose my diamond status as a result of this - this doesnt appear to be fair.

I hope that I don't lose my status too. Is there a way we can know it's fixed without wasting more lives to figure it out? Storm8 reply on this thread would be nice. It wasn't doing it all morning as I played my first 5 lives no problem, then it started. I'm on an iPad mini.

I am having the same problem. I have burnt 5 lives to crashing today. Is there any point in additional reports to support? Or does someone know if they are aware this is big issue impacting multiple users?

Here also. Wasted 7 lives & 17gems. How to solve the issue? I just want to take back my gems. Anybody can help?

Level 608. When I start to play it, it takes a life, starts to open the level then collapses and boots me out of the game. Checked for new versions and there isn't any then I deleted the game and reinstalled. It it continues to happen. How to fix? I am on iOS

Also having the problem. I hadn't loaded the update, so tried that and it's still the same. Have lost numerous lives which I paid for. Please can someone sort it out!

I am experiencing the same issue on level 1031. It has taken all of my lives and still won't work. Keeps rebooting me from the game.

Experiencing the same problem. Lost all five of my lives and not sure how to tell its fixed as all appears fine with the game until it crashes as its trying to load the level.

Same issues here !! Restarted my phone twice. Game opens I sign in and as soon as I try to load a level it crashes , plus I also lost 5 lives and never played. Please fix this !

Now I can play the levels BUT still taking my gems for tournaments and then flashing out. Ugh, very frustrating! I want to be reimbursed my gems when this is fixed. Also, would like to know it's fixed before I try again just to lose more gems. Thanks Storm8.

I am able to play levels now. My daily tournament unlocked, and that's crashing. Considering I have an outstanding ticket that is yet to be addressed for lost gems in a tournament that crashed last week, I am not even going to attempt any gem spending now.

Support clearly has bigger fish to fry at this point. Please let us know on this thread once it's fixed.

Good news everyone! You should be able to play without issue now. The team is working on resolving the issue for players who lost energy or Gems, so sit tight! :cool:
