The sweets display is very pretty and I love the colors, but crates are never worth what it is for me. I always end up with 3+ third and fourth prize repeats.

I love the Art Deco style!
The only thing is Art Deco had so many rich colors and this doesn't!
Wonders who does the research on eras, different countries & other themes?

I love the Hazel and think it's great, but I don't love it enough to waste gems buying things I do not want just to get the Hazel.

That's a lot of black. Good if people LIKE a lot of black, not great for me.

That big dresser thing looks way too big. I won't waste money on things that can't be drawn to the correct proportions. Those lamps look way too small also. And yes, I also thought Hazel was dressed as a cavewoman.

I really like this but since I usually get so many of the same item each time I try the crates, I'll wait until this crate is discounted. I wouldn't mind spending the gems if I got more variety, instead of so many of the same item. Really like the looks though.

Actually, I don't understand why people are already saying "Happy Valentines Day" in January :rolleyes: Must be an American thing, because here in London, It's celebrated in February.

Chinese New Year hasn't yet arrived {January 28th}

S8 should get into the habit of releasing event-themed collections at least a month in advance.

There's no argument. It's not even directed at Applesauce510. I'm simply stating a fact that it's not Valentines Day, because my neighbors seem to think it already is. It hasn't even been Chinese New Year.

But, I do agree with the post I quoted that event themes should be released at least a month in advance. Case closed.

I so agree with this! I love the decor for Valentine's and love decorating for that too but I've been crossing my everything for any..ANY CNY themed decor! It's just next week! It doesn't even have to be a goal. :( Can't they just release it in one of the weekly updates or something. T_T

I decorated part of my bakery for Chinese New Year yesterday. A few of my neighbours have already decorated for Valentine's Day. None of them have done CNY yet though.

I don't think we have a lot for Chinese New Year unless one started playing in 2011/12.

A bit disappointed about not having LTOs... I did very much look forward to them last year.

I started playing after 2011/12 and still have enough for Chinese New Year. There have been at least two updates with them and one sale that had some older stuff.

I started playing in October 2013 and have seen an update last year (with 2-3 decorations), a 2015 goal (mid-autumn festival; the items go ok with the Chinese New Year theme) and the older stuff in last year's Valentine's day sale. Have there been others?

The other relevant one I recall is the one with dim-sum cart - but frankly that isn't very Chinese New Year.

So, I just got pop ups in both RS and Fashion to install BS Valentine's edition. Problem is when I click install it's not in the Play Store (android). I've tried on both phone and tablet. Anyone seen this? Curious as to why they're prompting us to install something that's not there.

I see it in the playstore (android) now. Wasn't there earlier though, but I see it in the search..

The quest from Dragon Story lady to go install is now gone. The icon and her quest and I force quit, reload, still gone.

it's now in the play store! I've just installed it from there & got 4 gems:)

It's in the playstore now. I got it earlier today & got free gems on BS, FS & RS. It actually gave me 6 gems when I went on FS, not sure if that was more than the other two games lol.

Apart from the free gems I can't see anything different on the Valantines version to what I've already got on the current version.

The only goal I received was to install the Valentines Edition for Fantasy story but I do not even play this game so I left it.

Maybe people will get this soon but I'm in no rush to install a game that has gone completely downhill

Not getting the point of this new Vday theme at all. There's not a single new item featured. So disappointed. Least I got a few gems.

I love the design, but not the fact that its a crate, no issues though, I've used this week to sell some stuff and save up for the next update. Hopefully we will finally get some valentines day stuff <3
